Ten issues of the French-language newspaper La Réforme of Alexandria (one of the issues is double). Only the first two pages of the first issue are preserved. Accompanied by a piece of paper with Cavafy's handwritten note The Wardani Case. The poet is following up the trial of the Ibrahim (al-) Wardani case, who murdered the Prime Minister of Egypt, Butros Ghali, and was ultimately executed.
