Neerincx, published in the journal Health and Technology. The analysis is carried out on data collected in a lab study with kidney transplant patients (n = 49) who interacted with two different communication styles of a self-management support system, a guided style that provided more interpretation support and addressed emotional needs; and (2) a factual style that showed only measurement history, medical information, and recommendations.
