The Cities of Making pattern language testing card set represents the first version of a planning instrument used in different settings to be tested for application. The instrument is developed for different stakeholders concerned with urban development, who aim for integrating manufacturing in European cities. The instrument includes relevant (design) solutions from the fields of spatial design, governance and materials and technology.
